2020 Lark eNationals - Mon-25th & Tues-26th May

Following the success of e-Inland Championships held early this month, the Lark Class are hosting the FIRST EVER Lark eNational Championships over Bank Holiday Weekend.

Heats: Monday 25th May at 7pm.
Finals: Tuesday 26th May at 7pm.

All you need to know about Lark eNationals and Virtual Sailing can be found on this page, to be in with a chance of becoming the inaugural Lark eNational Champion!

Like the e-Inlands before, we will be using the Virtual Regatta, so download the free Inshore version app here.

Once you're up and running with Virtual Regatta, enter the Lark eNationals by completing this ENTRY FORM. Entries are free and must be submitted by Midnight on Saturday 23rd May.

All Lark sailors past or present are very welcome to participate in what should be an enjoyable and social experience. Donít worry if you think e-Sailing isnít for you, give it a go and you may be pleasantly surprised.

Again we will be running a number of heats, starting from 7pm on BH Monday, then a final 4-race showdown starting at 7pm on Tuesday to find the inaugural "2020 Lark eNational Champion" who will be invited to represent the Lark Class in the RYA Spring Class Championships in June.

For the eNationals we will be following the RYA's VR NOR & SIs.

For the Lark eNationals, each heat will comprise of 4 races, with 1 discard. With the finals taking the 4 race format, again with only one discard.

During the racing we will be having a zoom meeting so Lark sailors old and new can catch up whilst trying to outwit each other on the virtual race course. There may be a spot of race commentary too!! A link to the zoom meeting will be distributed in due course.
