The helm of the entered boat must be a member of the LCOA. If the helm is the owner of the entered boat he/she must be a full member of the Association. If the helm is not the owner, he/she must be a full member of the LCOA if the owner is not a full member. If the owner is a full member, the helm must be at least an associate member. All crews must be at least associate members of the LCOA for championship events.
i) Insurance cover for third party risks of at least £2,000,000 will be in effect for this boat for the duration of the event. ii) A valid measurement certificate will be presented on registration at the event before my entry is accepted. iii) The helm and crew of this boat will be bound by the International Sailing Federation Racing Rules of Sailing, the prescriptions of the RYA, the rules of the Lark Class Owners Association, the sailing instructions and any amendments thereto.
