The fee goes up at the end of May so get your skates on and get your entry in PDQ!!
"Why have the hassle of euros and passports when we can have the style and sophistication of St Tropez on our own English Riviera" - so says Elle Magazine about Torquay (apparently). And with a bit of Easterly in the breeze we could have some Alpine-esque seas to sail on too.
