GT Towing in Potters Bar (M25 Jct 24) have a very good reputation. Other than that ask your dealer, try the yellow pages or D-I-Y!

I have a towbar for sale £495 comes with free Ford Fiesta Ghia 1.1 1989 old but never let us down. Seriously if you own a Clio and have one fitted by the main dealer it will cost you about thatwhich is the reason we didn't buy a new Clio in the end!

Motorspares or similar will supply towbars for around £30 for nearly every model of car, and they are dead simple to put on youself. Bar far the cheapest option.
